RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: The Denver metro area offers many residential neighborhoods from downtown lofts, to charming bungalow neighborhoods near city parks and upscale homes, both old and new. The suburbs offer top-rated public schools, public transportation and easy access to all shopping and amenities. We can assist you in locating the neighborhood that meets your needs.

WEBSITE SEARCH: In the state of Colorado, we do things differently. Since very few rentals are listed on our Multiple Listing Service, we spend a lot of time searching multiple websites to find a property that will meet your needs.

PROPERTY SHOWINGS: In our initial conversation, we will discuss your best available times to see properties. We ask that you do your best to keep your schedule as open as locating a rental in our market can be quite challenging. Then we will coordinate all showings and personally escort you to the property during the scheduled showing time. If you are out of state and unable to view the property, we will personally view the home and send you a video and multiple photos while we are at the property.

LEASE CONTRACT: We help coordinate the lease contract between you and the landlord helping to remove the risk of scams and dishonest landlords and make your move simple and easy.
