How do I apply for a rental? Please contact our office directly at (720) 772-1107 for a rental application. Reasons for denial can include the following but are not limited to: previous evictions, open collections, criminal history, bankruptcy, sex offender, and tourist watch list.

Will I need a co-signer or guarantor? Only if your income does not match 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Do you allow subletting? Unfortunately, we do not.

Can I use AirBNB? We do not allow AirBNB rentals.

Can you remove a roommate from the lease? Yes, please contact our office for further details.

Is renters insurance required? Yes, you are required to purchase and maintain personal liability insurance covering you, your occupants and guests, for personal injury and property damage any of you cause to third parties (including damage to our property), in a minimum policy coverage amount of $100,000, from a carrier with an AM Best rating of A-VII or better, licensed to do business in Colorado.
