PLEASE CALL 911 if there is a FIRE, SMOKE, GAS, EXPLOSION, or CRIME IN PROCESS then contact us!
In case of an emergency, such as a breakdown of an essential service (fire, gas, explosion, overflowing sewage, uncontrollable running water, or power outages) or a problem that threatens health and safety, it is important to report the problem immediately
WATER-related issue, please “Shut off/ Turn Off” the water at the main shut-off
For the HEATER-related issue, please check the filter and replace it if dirty. Generally, this resolves the issue

NON-EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
All maintenance requests must be submitted below. When submitting a request, please be as detailed as possible and once received, it will be addressed within 24-48 business hours. Repair requests over the phone will not be accepted.
These items include but are not limited to slow water leaks; moisture accumulation; mold; electrical problems; malfunctioning lights; broken or missing locks or latches; and other conditions that pose a hazard to property, health, or safety.
